Welcome to Synergistics Counselling Services
Healing begins when you feel understood.
I'm glad you're here to take the first step towards a healthier, happier you.
My approach
I’m Melanie Lee (MA, MEd, RP), a Registered Psychotherapist offering virtual trauma-informed therapy across Ontario. I help individuals heal what feels unmanageable - with compassion, clarity, and science-based tools.
At Synergistics Counselling Services, my approach is
collaborative, warm, and grounded in safety.
I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR therapy, polyvagal, somatic, attachment, and parts-based frameworks. My goal is to help you understand your nervous system, make sense of your patterns, and heal at a pace that feels right for you.
Together, we focus on building regulation, restoring connection, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Empowering you through counselling
In our work together, the goal is for you to:
• Gain clarity about your emotional and behavioural patterns
• Process stuck experiences that keep you feeling triggered or shut down
• Build emotional regulation and resilience
• Reconnect with confidence, stability, and a stronger sense of self
This is where you begin to Harmonize, Heal, and Transform.
